Two Year Warranty Period: The Two-Year Warranty applied to all purchases made from 15 October 2022. Purchases prior to 15 October 2022 were subject to one-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. During the warranty period, if the stitching comes apart or a certain section of the item is worn out, please send a photograph/s of the product with an explanation of the issue together with copy / photo of tax invoice as proof of purchase. Repair of products during warranty period is free of charge. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs. Warranty is void if product has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse or other abuses not arising our of defects in material or workmanship and does not cover everyday wear and tear.
